Masking/covering all floors, windows, doors, hardware and furniture as necessary.
Removing any dirt and debris from where painting work is going to be carried out. All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned to ensure proper adhesion of the fresh paint.

Wash down the house with water blasting before painting.
All loose/peeling paint is removed, use exterior filler to fill any bad surface before further sanding.
Loose nails are punched in and re-putty windows where is necessary.
Paintable and waterproof sealant to fill cracks and gaps.
Primers are applied to all bare wood and metal, concrete and plaster to ensure adhesion and also prevent future peeling.
Finish off with two topcoats of selected quality paint.
Any excess paint is removed from windows.
Touch-up paint is left for future convenience in labelled containers.
Waste materials, by-products and used solvents are disposed of safely, properly and in an environmentally responsible manner.
Exterior Plaster Claddings – House Painting Project Include:
Water blast (low pressure or hose down or chemical wash) exterior of house before any work starts.
Tape and plastic film off all the joinery.
Apply paintable and waterproof silicon to all cracks and the areas that enter the cladding.
Primer on any bare plaster, paint the plaster walls with 2 coats of elastic membrane paint (eg. Dulux AcraShield/Elestimeric 201).
